How We Work
Better Built Northwest is here for those who are wanting to start building a custom home or just remodel the one you are living in. Our client's experience is important to us, so we go the extra mile to ensure that there is a platform to inform and educate you during the process about what is going on. It's our goal to do all we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible along the way and to show you how we accomplish this, is as follows.
Below, are the different construction phases and at some time it can be a lot to understand on your own. If you need help, we are here for you. We will need your information and a little about your project to get started.
Our first phase of our process starts with sitting down with you and going over your project.
The Designer/ Architects puts together a concept drawing so we can confirm everyone is happy. Then we can finalize the blueprints for the city.
The Project Manager takes the lead at this point and has the full support of the team in the office.
